transparent appearance, used as a conditioner to provide a
lubricous, clear skin feel like velvet. It’s mainly used in make-up
and personal care products.

Dimethicone EP1000 can povide luster and texture, impart unique,
excellent, silky, non-oily skin feeling, improve wet & dry
combability, suppleness and manageability with good adhesive
ability to skin, outstanding spreadable, adhesive, lubricous, and
glossy properties.

Formula Guidelines
Typically used at a level of 0.5~5.0%.
Mix with other silicone firstly, without over heating.
Mix oil phase (except silicone) and water phase normally, add
silicone mixture at 60-70℃, and then homogenize.
